Registration for the 2024 Fall Athletic and Marching Band seasons is now open. Any student interested in playing a fall sport or joining the Marching Band must register. Please utilize this link to create a family registration account with rSchool Activity Registration. Student ID numbers are needed to register and can be found on the summary page of your child’s Genesis account. For those families that do not yet have access to Genesis, please contact the athletic office for your child’s student ID number.
For fall sports only, physicals are required for students to participate. Students participating in the Marching Band do not require a physical. The date of your athlete’s physical must be within 365 days of the start of the first practice for the sport. For a point of reference:
Girls Tennis & Football - Valid physicals should have a date of 8/12/23 or later
All Other Fall Sports - Valid physicals should have a date of 8/19/23 or later
Effective July 1, 2024, there will be a change in the requirements for the submission of the updated Preparticipation Physical Evaluation (PPE). The new History Form and the new Physical Examination Form no longer need to be submitted upon registration. These forms should be kept by the healthcare provider who completes the PPE. Only the completed Medical Eligibility Form should be submitted to the school. The Medical Eligibility Form provides space for the healthcare provider to share relevant health information with the school if necessary and includes a recommendation regarding the student’s ability to participate in athletics. It is important to note that the PPE must be conducted by a licensed physician, advanced practice nurse, or physician assistant who has completed the student athlete cardiac assessment professional development module developed by the NJDOE. In addition, the Health History Update Questionnaire must be submitted for each student whose physical examination was completed more than 90 days prior to the first day of official practice.
For any athlete with a physical completed prior to July 1, 2024, the previous history and physical examination forms will be accepted. All paperwork must be electronically scanned and uploaded into your account. Cell phone pictures will not be accepted. The deadline to register and ensure that students are cleared by our school physician is Monday, July 15th.

Contact information for fall coaches and important dates to put on the calendar are below. Please note, the practice date listed below is the date of the first official practice. Please coordinate your summer plans around these start dates. As a reminder, all student athletes must have 6-days of practice before being permitted to participate in any scrimmage or game. Any workouts that are held prior to this date are voluntary and do not require a physical.
