On-site care is offered at each of the three elementary schools and is open to children enrolled in grades K-5 in the three schools. The program is operated by the Thursday Morning Club and the Madison Community House.

Before-school hours are 7 to 8:35 a.m

After-school hours are 3:15 to 6:15 p.m.

The program operates every day that school is in session. During school vacations, a Holiday Camp is held at the Madison Community House, 25 Cook Ave.

The program is licensed by the N.J. Department of Health and Human Services.
