Quote/Philosophy: Ms. Bratton says that of all the careers she’s had, teaching is by far the most difficult job she’s ever done, but it is also the most rewarding. Mrs. Bratton has tremendous faith in teenagers and their ability to positively impact their own lives. Her goal as a teacher is to help my students realize their creative potential, give them an opportunity to learn skills they otherwise would never acquire, and expand their understanding of the world around them. To that end, Ms. Bratton is both demanding and silly, and always available to help them in both their personal and academic endeavors. Outside of school, she is fortunate to be able to spend time with her amazing 7-year-old daughter and her very patient and wonderful husband. Mrs. Bratton says she loves the students here at Madison High School. They are the reason she continues to be a teacher.
